Crowned with Convenience

A crown is a hollow, tooth-shaped restoration that is made to fit over a fragile, damaged, or flawed tooth. It is designed to restore the tooth to its original shape and size. For the ultimate in convenience, we offer our patients the option of Same Day Crowns. Our state-of-the-art machines allow us to create in-office restorations. We create and fit the crown during the same visit, saving you time and eliminating the need for a temporary crown to be installed while waiting weeks for your permanent crown to come back from the lab.

We use intraoral cameras and computer-aided design to create a 3D image of your damaged tooth. After we create a model for the crown, we use our specialized CNC machine to create your crown right in our office.

Dental crowns are one of the most commonly used restoration techniques. About 15 million people in the U.S. have crown or bridge replacements.

Frequently Asked Questions

The costs are typically similar. Same Day Crowns require one dental visit, whereas traditional crowns require two; therefore, patients pay fewer co-pays and typically miss fewer days of work. Also, since Same Day Crowns are made in our office, there are no associated lab fees.
